Rose essential oil is the great lover of the plant world, full of passion and kindness. Rose is a powerful remedy for helping people who feel trapped by their past and need help to move on, more forward and align into the future with ease, grace, and delight.
Pure rose is also powerful support in reducing our stress and anxiety levels and promoting self-love. This is of course why we incorporated only the best of roses in both of our blends, ENLIGHTEN and EVOLVE.
Interestingly, there have been a few independent studies that confirm using Rose as part of your daily routine really does results in a greater increase in feelings of calm and relaxation, as well as a greater decrease in breathing rate and blood pressure and a noticeable reduction in anxiety levels. Rose essential oil is truly magical at balancing our HEART chakra, (fourth chakra). The HEART chakra embodies self-acceptance and love. When our heart chakra is beautifully balanced we feel self-love, compassion, and a divine connection to our inner goddess, and aligned to the universe. If our HEART chakra is a little out of whack we have feelings of jealousness, depression, loneliness and unable to give or receive unconditional love.
Add a few drops of Rose essential oil into the palms of your hands, gently rub palms together and deeply inhale the beautiful aroma and slowly exhale. Rub a small drop on to your heart and let the energetic bubble of protection and love take you on a journey of self-love, healing and connection to your inner goddess who is waiting with so much love for you!
